Sticksmith — End User License Agreement

1. Trial. You may use Sticksmith free of charge for 14 days to evaluate it.

2. License. Buying Sticksmith gives you a personal, non-exclusive,
   non-transferable license to install and use it on up to three computers
   that you own or control.

3. Restrictions. You may not sell, rent, share, or redistribute Sticksmith or
   your license; or circumvent or disable its license checks.

4. Drum kits. Kits you download through the app are made by third parties and
   remain under their own licenses, shown in the app. The built-in Synth
   Starter Kit may be used freely, including in your recordings.

5. Open-source components. Sticksmith includes open-source software under the
   licenses listed in THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt. Nothing in this agreement
   limits your rights under those licenses.

6. Privacy. Starting the trial sends an anonymous computer identifier to the
   license server. Activating the app and occasional license checks also send
   your license key and your computer's name. This information is used only
   to manage your trial and license.

7. No warranty. Sticksmith is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
   To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages
   arising from its use.
